Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year
A bit about us: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our state-of-the-art, highly automated food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising production teams and working in a fast-paced, high-automated environment.

Job Details Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Operate and monitor automated systems and equipment using HMIs.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff to achieve performance goals.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports using digital systems.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMPs, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce downtime.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or similar automated production environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection procedures.
- Knowledge of production parameters (temperature, speed, composition, etc.)
- Being capable of starting and stopping systems and machinery
- Being capable of working in computer-supported production environment (following production on screens)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
