Job Description

Colangelo & Partners (C&P) is a leading fine wine and spirits integrated communications agency in the United States, sought after by the top brands and industry players for the quality of their results, creativity, and return on investment.

We are seeking a Social Media Senior Account Executive to join our Digital team in our New York City office. Staff working at this level have a background in social media and online advertising, have experience in an agency setting, and possess knowledge of wine & spirits. In addition to being familiar with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and X, the ideal candidate should possess initiative, be able to post across multiple social media platforms, and be detail-oriented.

This is a full-time, salaried, hybrid position. The individual selected for this role will be expected to work from our New York City office at least three times per week.

Salary: $74,000, or slightly higher DOE.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, serving as the account lead for the SAE position, and provide updates and strategic recommendations.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content that aligns with clients' brand identity.
  • Oversee the social media budget, allocating resources effectively across campaigns and platforms to maximize ROI
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth for each brand.
  • Respond to client inquiries and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and communication.
  • Engaging audiences across social media networks to increase brand loyalty and grow authentic connections
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates.
  • Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results across clients.
  • Monitor and report on key client performance indicators (KPIs), including engagement, reach, conversions, and growth.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and compelling content
  • Pulling and understanding social media platform analytics
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in social media and community management
  • Experience with wine/spirits clients
  • Able to effectively lead strategic social campaigns and paid audience targeting
  • Understanding of social media metrics and the tools we use, such as Sprout Social, to track and analyze social media performance
  • A solid grasp of Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising to boost engagements, traffic, followers and conversions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content.
  • Experience in an agency setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing client relationships effectively.
  • Understanding of how social media content supports/reinforces brand attributes of clients and their products – including the ability to maintain brand identity across multiple accounts.
  • Understanding of platform functionality: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Interest in influencer marketing and content creation is a plus.
