Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established and highly reputable commercial General Contractor. In business since the early 2000s, they have played a key role in shaping the local community. Their projects range from $10M to $60M across the hotel, commercial, medical, and educational sectors.

Due to growing demand from their long-term, negotiated clients, they have a strong pipeline of work and are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their team. This role offers the chance to contribute to high-quality projects while supporting the company’s continued expansion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Utilize construction management software for project scheduling and coordination.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and safety regulations on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues.
• Manage project budgets, including construction estimating and resource allocation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as project manager
• Proven experience in construction management and project coordination
• Proficiency in construction management software, including and Bluebeam
• Strong skills in project scheduling and construction estimating
• Excellent time management and blueprint reading abilities
• Knowledge of contracts and schematics related to construction projects
