Job Title: Rewards Analyst/Advisor I

Location: Lincolnshire, IL (On-site; Temporary Employment)

Position Summary:

The Rewards Analyst/Advisor I is a key contributor to the development and execution of global compensation programs. This role supports initiatives in pay for performance, compensation structure design, market benchmarking, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to data integrity to support both global and regional compensation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Program Support:
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of global compensation initiatives including pay equity, job architecture, and compensation education.
  • Market Benchmarking:
  • Participate in global compensation surveys, ensuring accuracy in data submission and integrity. Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking to inform pay grade structures.
  • Compliance & Auditing:
  • Perform data audits to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. Support AAP/EEO category reviews to ensure appropriate assignment.
  • Structure & Tool Maintenance:
  • Assist in maintaining compensation structures, job classifications, and compensation software tools. Create and maintain process documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Advisory & Consultation:
  • Provide guidance to People Team partners on job leveling, internal equity, market pricing, and pay competitiveness. Support People Team Tier 1 case resolution.
  • Annual Rewards Cycle:
  • Actively support the annual compensation planning process through testing, data analysis, auditing, and communication review.
  • Project Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain an annual calendar of compensation-related activities. Create and manage headcount reporting tools and audit documentation such as the ACP Playbook.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Experience:
  • 2–4 years of experience in compensation, rewards, or a related HR function.

Key Competencies and Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
