We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and service-minded Inside Sales & Customer Success Coordinator to play a pivotal role in managing our new customer onboarding process, maintaining and leveraging CRM data (HubSpot), and serving as a key liaison for inbound customer inquiries.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, customer service, and sales support—ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is passionate about systems and data, and enjoys helping clients succeed.

Salary range is $50,000 - $75,000. This is a hybrid or remote position. Our preference is that the ideal candidate resides in Ohio and is able to easily travel to our Dublin, Ohio office.

Primary Responsibilities

The Inside Sales & Customer Success Coordinator is a vital member of the team supporting GO2’s proprietary B2B e-marketplace for the automotive sector. This role is responsible for managing and executing the new customer onboarding process, providing responsive client support tailored to our platform, and assisting with inside sales activities that drive adoption and growth. The Coordinator also plays a critical role in maintaining clean, actionable CRM data in HubSpot and supporting day-to-day operations within the marketplace backend. With a blend of service mindset, tech fluency, and sales coordination, this position ensures a seamless and high-impact customer experience from initial engagement through ongoing support.

Qualification Requirements and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success, inside sales, or support role—B2B experience preferred.
  • Comfort with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience a plus), Excel, and digital workflow tools.
  • Tech-forward mindset with the ability to learn systems quickly and communicate with both business and technical audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Highly organized, accountable, and customer-first in approach.
  • Automotive industry or supply chain/logistics experience is a plus, but not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front line for inbound customer inquiries related to our B2B automotive e-marketplace.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding of new customers and suppliers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM records (HubSpot) to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Support the sales team with lead follow-up, quoting, and product knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot order issues and ensure timely resolution across departments.
  • Assist with reporting, customer usage tracking, and performance analytics to drive client engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and IT to ensure continuity in customer experience.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer support, inside sales, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), B2B e-commerce platforms, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and basic reporting tools.
