What You’ll Do:

• Lead financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls
• Develop and improve processes across accounting operations
• Provide actionable insights through robust financial analysis and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior accounting or finance leadership role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization
• Experience in private equity-backed and multi-location businesses is required
