This hybrid position (3 days on site, 2 remote) offers a competitive salary of $85,000–$95,000, along with 2 weeks of PTO, 14 paid holidays, and a strong 401(k) match. As the Employee Relations Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, handling complex employee relations matters with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
