Job Title: Customer Service / Sales Support Associate

Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid after training)

Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

A well-established company in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service / Sales Support Associate to join their growing team. This full-time role supports both external clients and internal sales professionals, delivering high-quality service and operational excellence. After a successful training period, the position offers flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication via phone, email, and in person.
  • Support the Sales team in generating and processing Sales Orders.
  • Review incoming orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with vendors to support quoting, sample shipments, and order corrections.
  • Assist sales team with order logistics, vendor policies, tax/tariff documentation, and product knowledge.
  • Process and track warehouse orders, ensuring timely updates to customers and team members.
  • Manage domestic and international shipping documents and packaging as needed.
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues or updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams), Office 365, and Canva.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing support role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, responsive, and detail-oriented approach to customer interaction.

Compensation and Schedule

  • Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 depending on experience.
  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Hybrid flexibility: After initial training, the ability to work remotely two days per week.
