Job Title: Claims Administrator

Location: Mt. Pleasant, SC (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $20–$21/hour

Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you detail-obsessed, thrive under pressure, and ready to play a key role in managing financial risk? We’re looking for a Claims Administrator to join our fast-paced, high-volume Claims Department, where your work directly supports our operations and risk management.

As the team that monitors financial exposure, the Claims Department plays a critical role in the company’s success and we’re looking for someone who brings focus, follow-through, and initiative to every task.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage claims related to FTAs (Failure to Appear), warrants, forfeitures, and judgments
• Enter, track, and close claims using our internal system
• Handle disbursements related to forfeitures, recovery efforts, legal fees, and more
• Reconcile financial transactions with the Accounting team
• Respond to courts, client agencies, and internal staff regarding claim statuses and resolutions
• Monitor incoming claims mail for action items and follow-up
• Maintain clear, timely reports to supervisors and leadership
