You’ll help keep our revenue flowing, our records accurate, and our patients informed — all while being part of a supportive, positive, and upbeat crew.

Responsibilities

• Submit accurate insurance claims and follow up on unpaid or denied claims
• Post payments, process adjustments, and resolve account discrepancies
• Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and providers to resolve billing issues
• Handle patient billing inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Prepare and send patient statements, follow up on overdue accounts

Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing and collections experience in a medical or healthcare setting
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical billing software
• Solid understanding of medical coding (CPT, ICD-10) and claims processing
• Strong knowledge of insurance billing (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers)
• Detail-oriented and organized — no claim escapes your radar
